The 400 Series restaurant range offers a heavy-duty, versatile solution for commercial foodservice applications. 400 series ranges meet the needs of any operation with 24", 36", 48", and 60" widths and a number of top configurations, including combinations of open burners, thermostatic and manual griddles, hot tops, and broilers. The 400 Series range combines Southbend quality and heavy-duty performance.

The FiveStar 36" Range
Extraordinary Elegance
The FiveStar 36" Range with single oven and broiler comes with your choice of four burners and a griddle, or six burners (open or sealed). This distinctive 36" range is available in all-gas models with or without a convection oven, or dual-fuel model with gas surface cooking and electric convection baking with a self-cleaning oven.

FiveStar Hoods

- Finish options include stainless steel, white, or black finishes.
- Three surface illumination lamps – two on one switch, one on a second switch. Use 50 watt PAR 20 halogen or 50 watt R20 track floods.
- Two warming lamps with individual switches – 250 watt and R40 infrared. (Note: lamps are not supplied with hoods.)
- Up to 1200 CFM squirrel cage blower with lighted on/off rocker switch and variable speed dial control.
- Heat Sentry™ automatic heat sensor turns hood on to high speed if heat buildup is detected.
- Aluminum grease filters lift out easily for cleaning in dishwasher. Overall sizes: 60", 48", 36", or 30" wide x 12" deep at the top x 24" deep at the bottom x 18" high.

Metro Holding Cabinets — Uninsulated
- Designed for holding and transporting prepared food.
- Keeps food hot: Holding module circulates heated air inside the cabinet to keep prepared food hot until it is served.

- Easily adjustable: All controls are on the outside, so they can be adjusted without opening the door and disturbing the atmosphere inside the cabinet.
- Easy to clean: slide racks, heat module, and chimney can be removed easily, without tools, for thorough cleaning.
- Accommodates various tray sizes: Three slide options—1 1/2" (38mm), 3" (76mm) and variable—permit cabinets to accommodate various tray sizes.
